Conventional / Two Wire Fire Systems

A traditional fire alarm system, where upon activation of any call point or detector (smoke or heat) will activate the sounders and beacons and enable the building to be evacuated. On this type of system the building will be wired in zones (e.g. one per floor) and the panel will identify the zone in alarm. Sounders can be wired on separate circuits or new systems now offer sounders and beacons on the zone wiring to reduce installation costs.

Concept 2 Wire Fire Panels

The Concept fire alarm panel has been designed to work with the new Fulleon 2 wire sounders, which operate on the detection zone using standard call points and detectors. The panels are available in 2. 4. 6. 8, 12, and 24 zone models with 2 or 4 sounder circuits. They can be used in conventional 4 wire mode for use with existing systems, and also in a 2 wire mode by adding a 2 wire sounder on to the zone. They can be used with a combination of both if required.

Conventional Detectors

Series 65 incorporates well-proven sensing technologies, together with advances in materials and electronics technology, including an IC based on that used in XP95 analogue addressable detectors. Having a wide operating voltage of 9-33V, the Series 65 detectors can be integrated into security systems, when used with a relay base. The Series 65 wide voltage range consists of ionisation, integrating ionisation and optical smoke detectors, 4 grades of heat detector and a range of bases.

Call Points

The Fulleon Universal Call Point combines a number of features into one package, simplifying selection and reducing stock variants. Designed to provide the facilities most frequently used, the Universal is the easy answer for the majority of conventional installations.

2-wire Base Sounder/Sounder-Beacon

The “2 Wire” versions of the SQ G3 sounder & G3AV combined sounder and beacon allow installation costs to be reduced by using just two-cores to operate both sounders / audible-visual units and detection devices. Using a Fulleon developed protocol, the Squashni G3 range can be controlled without the need for modified detectors or call points. The availabillity of an intergrated sounder and beacon brings event more economies by providing a single point fixing for both detection and an AV alarm.

2-wire Symphoni Sounder/Sounder-Beacon

The Symphoni 2-Wire allows installation costs to be reduced by using just two cores to operate both sounders and detection devices. Using a Fulleon developed protocol the sounders can be controlled without the requirement for modified detectors or call points. The benefits of the 2-Wire system can be obtained with new systems, but most benefit can be gained during refurbishment where existing cables have to be reused.
